How this website uses it
Enquiries and subscriptions are stored in the website database and are accessible through the protected team dashboard. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to updates. Essential session cookies support forms and team sign-in. No advertising or analytics trackers are installed in this application.
Requests about your information
To request correction or removal of your enquiry or to withdraw a subscription, contact subbaraorv@vsppharma.com using the email address associated with your request. Include your enquiry reference where available.
Sourcing agent chat
The automated sourcing agent uses prepared responses and catalogue searches. Your conversation and enquiry draft are saved in this browser for up to 24 hours after your last activity so you can continue across pages and refreshes. Use Clear chat to remove this browser copy. Product searches are sent to this website. When you review your enquiry, agree to share it and press Submit, your details and conversation are saved in our database for the sourcing team. Clearing the browser copy does not remove an enquiry already submitted; contact us with its reference to request removal.
External services
Fonts and editorial images are served directly by this website. The map link opens Google Maps in another tab. Google receives the connection information required to load its service when you follow that link.
